Rice with fried vegetables

3 cups of rice
Two tablets of chopped carrots
A quarter cup of parsley
Two cups of corn
Two cups of chopped celery

How to prepare:
Initially, after soaking the rice for an hour, boil it over a low heat until it is relatively soft.
In a large skillet, put a little oil and leave until it warms, then gradually add the vegetable pieces
Once the vegetables have softened and wilted, add them to the ripe rice with salt and stir well so that they are homogeneous between them.
Then pour it on a serving plate and serve hot on the table.
